Limited parking availability!!! Noise from reception during night was quite bothersome!!! Cold water in rooftop pool ruined the experience for some, especially in cooler weather!!! Maintenance response times need improvement!!!

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Porto Moniz, loved it and venue's attentive stuff on the reception desk. The position of the hotel was absolutely perfect and beautiful, directly across from the aquarium. Cafe Conchinha located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

The hotel offers fantastic ocean views right from the balcony of your room. The breakfast provided a wonderful array of fresh fruits, pastries, and local dishes that kept our spirits high. The staff demonstrated amazing friendliness, taking care of our needs with a personal touch.

The indoor pool was unexpectedly closed, which limited our options for relaxation.

The room was super clean and had a balcony with great ocean views. Breakfast was a hit, too-so many tasty options! Although they could use more vegetarian choices, their snack bar had us covered. Just wish the pool area was a bit quieter at times, but it was still a blast.
